

CHALLENGE
Bose Corporation requested a European market analysis to determine the success of expanding the company’s Bose Wave Radio into new markets.
SOLUTION
The three-month consulting project involved traveling to the company headquarters in The Netherlands to research the markets potential for high-end products. Additionally, a critical success factor grid was created to document the countries having the greatest opportunity for success.
RESULTS
By identifying the correct success factors, the choice of countries were narrowed from 16 to five, identifying untapped markets to grow share and profit for the Bose Wave Radio.
